Westlake Village Paver Patio Project

The project

The old tile patio and cracked concrete side paths had seen better days, and tree roots had lifted the entry.

We broke out the old concrete, cleared the roots at the entry, and poured new piers around the pergola posts. The posts got stacked-stone bases with flagstone caps.

Then came the paver work: a tumbled paver patio under the pergola, paver side yards with contrast borders, and three paver steps where the passage climbs.

We finished with river-rock and gravel beds, new shrubs and flowers, sod under the big oak, and mushroom path lights.

Progress to finish

In progress, then finished

Each set is the same spot on the same job: our crew mid-build, then the finished work.
